"The stay at the Pan Pacific was magnificent! The bell team’s luggage storage and room delivery and cruise ship transfer services were incredibly convenient! The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The access to the rest of Canada place and the general area downtown was great!"

"We loved our stay!. After checking out and going through security to catch my flight, I realized I left my phone in the room. The front desk associate whose name i unfortunately didn’t get went above and beyond to track it down and help arrange for it to be mailed back to me right away. It arrived safely, well packaged and in perfect condition. Exceptional customer service and a great example of genuine hospitality. Thank you!"

"If you book with expedia.ca you get vip treatment like late checkout which for us was 2PM. Especially since our cruise was leaving at 5 PM and was only 5 minutes walk to the cruise terminal. Our view was of the water which was very nice."

"The hotel was in pristine condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant had very good food and an excellent happy hour. The location of the hotel was excellent and nearby shuttles to different activities in Vancouver. There were many restaurants and cafés close by. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my time at the Fairmont waterfront and look forward to spending time there again."
