"This is the place to stay if your going on a cruise. The boats dock right outside the hotel and they provide a bag service to get your bags to the boat(tipping is expected). Super convenient!"

"It would have been a perfect stay... But I left my jacket after checking out, with the wallet in it. I called the hotel about an hour later and was told to call back in 15 minutes when housecleaning went thru it. A good hour later I called back and was told it was not found. Was told repeated they did not. anything. A friend of mine came later from my request. Asked to see the room. I was again on the phone with them while he was there and was told again it wasn't there. As was my friend. But...
