Isn't it amazing when you haven't been anywhere for a while, and then after not sleeping the previous night because of travel, you arrive at your accommodation as soon as you possibly can and it is so wonderful that instead of falling asleep immediately, you lie down on the bed soaking in the charm of the place you're in, the sight of a mature garden in full bloom out your window (surprise!), and the caring energy of the person who thought of everything for you?
This was my experience. In touching base with her via phone when I got to PDX airport, the wonderful Ping moved heaven and earth so I could check in at 1:30 pm because I mentioned that I hadn't slept.
I found this to be not just an affordable accommodation, but a very decent one. Everything in the house is labeled for proper use and ease, the kitchen is stocked with kitchenware, and I noticed some highly thoughtful touches throughout, including phone chargers, good lighting in the bathroom, even a jug of alkalized water in the kitchen available if you avoid tap water.
