we were upgraded on arrival and the room was over the top amazing. Fabulous amenities, views and very comfortable. The hotel staff were exceptional in every way. If I had to pick on something, I could not take a glass of wine back to the room with me as the main floor restaurant is not part of the hotel, knowing that, next tie I will pop bottle of wine in the room fridge upon arrival

This hotel is run right! The service and staff were more than helpful, they knew us by name at the front desk. The rooms were beautiful and had many convenience's. Even the little things down to handmade sock dolls in the room and the candy at turn down service. This is a great place to stay, and the service would rival some of the best I have received

An excellent hotel with five-star facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky to be allocated one with bay views. However, the layout of the lower floors is a bit confusing. The main entrance leads directly into the bar area, with reception located behind and below, and the reception entrance situated in the alley behind the hotel. While not a major issue, clearer signage would be beneficial.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Not sure I would recommend it for a family, as the ambience and shared businesses might not be ideal for children, but for lone adults or couples this is an incredible place to stay. The location is perfect: near malls and shopping streets and the enormous Stanley Park. Within walking distance of a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, massage therapists, cafés, gyms and more. The city's downtown feels very pleasant and safe at all hours, even at night, allowing you to focus on enjoying the Vancouver nightlife, including this hotel's very own nightclub. It is situated on one of the major streets, and thus gives you easy access to buses, trains, and bike rentals. The hotel also offers a gym, a pool, a hot tub and a fantastic restaurant, all without needing to step a foot outside. The cost is on the higher end, but in my opinion the services and peace of mind they offer are worth that price.

Great location close to the finish line of the BMO marathon. Robson St is just 5 mins away with lots of great restaurants around. Loved the valet service (special shout to Alek!). The housekeeping service, especially the turn down service with special treats was a great surprise to see getting back to the hotel. Only complaint was how cold the pool was.

Love the spa. Took my mom and sister for a mani pedi. They allowed my daughter in to sit and watch. Staff was super nice. We needed a microwave and they rolled one in late at night. Very nice place.

I travel a lot and without a doubt this is my favorite hotel/place to stay. It’s one of the nicest hotels, perfect location, the staff are some of the friendliest and nicest people ever and the quality of service they provide can’t be matched. I brought my mom this trip for some rest and relaxation and she was mind blown with the amenities of the hotel, how private it is, how nice everyone was, and mostly she absolutely loved the room. Thank you for your service and professionalism and I cannot wait to come back - there is no other hotel I would stay at when coming in to the city.
