I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. As a small suggestion, providing hand sanitizer wipes and moisturizer in the rooms would further enhance guest comfort. Overall, I would confidently recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

It was pretty clean, nice room and amenities, but a little dated. They are in the middle of renovation though, so it should be really nice after its done. Love having the kitchen in the room and its rigth next to a highway and a mall. Really convenient location.

Great hotel, within walking distance to the mall. The rooms are very spacious. I never figured out that light right above the bed, the fan is always on when you turn it on, don't need the fan its end of Dec , kind of cold. Other than that perfect.

Overall is a great place for families. The full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. No breakfast but the location is very close to shopping center.

I'm super happy with my experience here everybody has been very nice and very helpful when I got confused about my TV the gentleman that helped me was super quick and super sweet. I highly recommend staying here I didn't get to use as much of the amenities but just the atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. I was just getting away from my everyday life for one night and it has helped a lot. 100% recommend five stars

Check in was super easy and fast. The individual who checked us in was so friendly and went above and beyond. She even called the room 30min after we checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. And brought us extra blankets and pillows that evening as well as my daughter who was cold. I will definitely be making this my go to every time I'm in Surrey. Room was updated and very clean.
