"Arrived at the 4pm check in time… carpets and floors very stained and dirty. Staff stated would try to find another room. Got our room at 8:39pm after dinner with friends. Floors clean but ac did not work. Provided with a fan. Toilet leaked and mold ingrained in sink. Very outdated facility. Looks like nothing much has changed since it was built in the 80s. Vending machines were not shown on floor diagrams, so I asked person at desk., was not aware of any sent me across the laneway to restaurant that was closed. Found vending machines next day. Juice , coffee and water machines in lobby offer free are turned off at noon, bizarre. Parking 10$ a night, should be included, free parking approx 300 metres away.
