Pan Pacific Vancouver
room was nice, staff helpful. Phone didnt work in our room but didnt know until we waited on hold for 35 mins only to find out they couldn't hear us and kept hanging up. Phones definitely need to be upgraded. cordless unit had to be from the 90's. 😳
