"Hotel is under construction/remodeling and yes we knew this before booking by reading the comments but we didn’t expect for it to be a bad experience, our room had to be switched due to a leak in the ceiling and clogged bathroom. On our last night AC. broke down. We were not aware housekeeping was not coming daily we stayed a week how was it expected for us to shower and dry with same towel for several days? We requested towels but of course had to wait for housekeeping to come in the next morning. Had to walk around to our room at the other end from the elevator due to remodeling, we rather use the stairs by the 3 day. But what made this a bad experience was parking! The employees and construction guys got to park at night in guest parking and the guest had to wonder out in the streets with no security cameras mind you we drove from out of state and didn’t know how safe the area was. I guess that what we get for giving this place a chance while it was under construction.. beds were comfortable, you actually don’t hear airplanes all night even though hotel is located at airport. Once it’s finish I am sure it’s a great place to stay but not for a family travel for a week having to struggle to park each night and wanting to shower properly too."

"The room was clean and comfortable but the walls are paper thin. The guests next door to me were having a conversation and I could hear every word as well as the noise of their coffee pot brewing at 5am. Also, it would be nice if the rooms had some information about the local area or amenities available. Perhaps a menu from the hotel's restaurant, "Dave's Place". After a long day of traveling, would be nice to order a meal to have in the room."

"This version is about 1,200 characters and should fit easily: I booked this hotel because of its high rating and description, which made it sound like a great family-friendly property with arcade games. Traveling with three kids, that was a major reason I chose it. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The advertised “arcade” was essentially just a pool table area. There were no actual arcade games for kids. Had I known that, I would have booked somewhere else. The room had numerous maintenance problems. My key card stopped working repeatedly, forcing me to go back to the front desk four times to have it reset. Several electrical outlets didn’t work, a lamp wouldn’t turn on, and the room phone was completely dead. When I reported these issues, I was told they had been replacing a lot of phones lately, but no real solution was offered. The shower faucet barely worked and had to be turned excessively hard before water would come out. The pool looked cloudy and green, and the hot tub was tiny and didn’t appear particularly clean. Breakfast the next morning was also very disappointing. Overall, I feel the property is significantly overrated and does not match the expectations created by its rating and description. I wish I had stayed elsewhere and would not recommend this hotel to families looking for the amenities that are advertised."
