"Breakfast was basic, and we were rushed by staff even if the posted time was still 15 minutes away."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a 24hr IHOP connected was convenient. One of the elevators was often down but it wasn't very far of a walk to get to the other, working elevator. One of the drawers kept getting stuck but other than that, the room was great. The balcony was nice. We were able to catch a beautiful sunrise one of the mornings. Overall, I would say it was worth the price. I would stay there again."

"Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not recommend anyone staying there. You get what you pay for cheap and it is cheap for a reason."

"I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home."

"The front desk staff were awesome and very friendly. Checking in/out and parking were all very easy. Convenient location very close to the mall, stores, and restaurants. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the French Quarter and Jazz Fest. Highly recommend. "

"This hotel is a rip off. Same class hotels next to this property charge half of the price and they have the sane exact rooms and amenities. I am not sure what makes them feel so special and worth the price they charge. Its a third class hotel with zero amenities.they charge $400 for a studio at least put a bottle of water in there!! Will never stay there again. Oh be careful, they will charge your card $8 parking fee even if you don’t have a vehicle "
