"The room had a musty odor, repairs needed to lock on sliding door. Bathroom didnt have a fan, bathtub needs refinishing refrigerator froze our food. Parking is convenient, no breakfast offered but IHOP is attached to the motel Very little interaction with the staff. I would not recommend this facility. It is old and needs updating."

"The building is falling apart and carpets are literally pulling up…I almost tripped numerous times in the hallways over rolls of lifted carpet that is a major risk. There is no pool…in fact I had a terrible view of a broken down pool that was dirty and empty…disgusting…evidently there is no plan on having a pool built for guest use and the pool I had to stare at is part of a seperate health club that used to be included in the stay. Such a disappointing property and def not representative of a Marriott reputation. "

"The people work there seems pretty new. They are not familiar with what they are doing. I have different experiences to get the breakfast voucher with different people during my stay. I just don't understand why they don't have a list of people they booked room with breakfast at dinning room instead we have to go to front desk for voucher every day. Also, I fund number of towels have color stain on them."

"Once you get over the fact that this hotel is connected to a hospital, it was fine but weird seeing nurses walking around. The room had bit of a sticky area in the space by the beds. Other than that the room was clean and spacious. Side note - make sure that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner as this wasnt provided. There were 2 small bars of soap in the bathroom, but bringing your own is better."

"Hotel needs an upgrade. Walls, floors are paperthin. You can hear everything around, above and beneath you. Dead roaches were under my bed. Staff was nice. A/C works good. Water is hot. Look for better options!"

"Room was clean but advertised as a hotel, is a motel. Outdoor hallways were stained and smelled bad. The breakfast team did not seem at all happy with their work. They closed down breakfast items early, we we asked for help they were frustrated with us. When other patrons asked for help she slammed equipment in frustration. The front desk staff member who was older at 3pm was rude during check in. Overall I did not enjoy my stay overall and will not be returning under any circumstance."

"I recommend this place to anyone looking to visit New Orleans. It’s only 15 minutes away and with the money. Great staff, parking and rooms. Next time I’m in New Orleans I will stay with there again. "
