"Whilst the location is 5 star, the service most certainly is not: - Lack of attentiveness at check-in (no assistance with luggage), at breakfast service (had to flag down waiter on two days to get coffee), at lunch service (wrong order) - Impeachment of guest privacy / safety - twice staff walked into my room without my knowledge, one time catching me undressed - They asked me to change rooms due to a faulty mini bar but did not offer to pack my things or carry my luggage to new room - The door key needed resetting every day of my stay - No assistance with luggage when leaving the hotel Les Roches Rouges is a beautiful hotel but if you are discerning about receiving great service, you should think twice about staying."

"First of all, Expedia was useless, we had an issue on check-in because I received a late notification of the required deposit and the helpline was automated. On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information. The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime. Only the cleaning could be better, from the day I checked in, the bathroom didn't look clean and always smell coming from the pipes. Plus, banging doors, so a bit noisy. The customer service was priceless, so that made it worth it!"

"Rooms were clean and it was a quiet little resort. Not much to complain about but it would be nicer if the rooms were updated. For example you have to lock the door manually with a key when you enter and leave which isn’t really heard of anymore these days, but the breakfast was good and the restaurant is also good. Hospitality was also top notch. If your wanting to stay for luxury and convenience id recommend staying somewhere closer into the heart of st tropez, the prices per night would be similar at somewhere like hotel de Paris."

"The hotel is in a great location and the property itself is very charming. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. After a long day of travel, I arrived hoping for a smooth check-in, but instead spent several minutes having to prove that I had previously spoken with someone at the hotel by showing them a conversation linked to their phone number. Rather than trying to help resolve the confusion, the staff were dismissive and unaccommodating. While I understood that early check-in could not be guaranteed, there was little effort made to assist us in any way. To make matters worse, the room we were initially assigned had visible mold, which was both concerning and unacceptable. There was also significant confusion regarding payment. I had prepaid for the room prior to arrival, yet I was told there was no record of the payment. Despite only staying two nights, there seemed to be uncertainty about charges even though I had already paid for three nights in advance. I am not someone who typically complains, but after repeatedly trying to calmly explain the situation and seek assistance, I felt I had no choice but to be more firm in order to get any help. What should have been a simple and welcoming arrival ended up being stressful and frustrating due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and willingness to accommodate us."

"We chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location close to the airport. On arrival, the check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made for a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. The only dinner option available was a buffet, which appeared unappetising and lacked freshness. The restaurant itself felt more like a school canteen than a hotel dining venue, while the bar was located three floors away, making the overall layout rather inconvenient. We had booked two Privilege Rooms, but both were showing significant signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness was also a concern, as we found hairs in the bedding that appeared to have been left by previous guests. The towels were heavily worn and looked as though they had been through countless wash cycles. In addition, the air conditioning units in both rooms were extremely noisy and ineffective, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was served in the same third-floor dining area, and unfortunately the experience mirrored our disappointment from the previous evening’s dinner. Overall, while the staff were excellent, the condition of the rooms and the dining facilities fell well below expectations. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not choose to return."
