"Breakfast was ok but not great. Room had a lovely ocean view but was tiny
Shower was incredible small for anyone normal size. Not close to town so you have to take the bus to and from"

The elegant promenade along Varazze's pebble beaches invites you to enjoy gelato while watching colourful fishing boats bob in the harbour. Explore the medieval center's narrow lanes before heading to nearby Beigua Regional Park for hiking trails with spectacular Ligurian Sea views.
Chicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The only negative was the best which I thought could have been less firm but I guess that could also be down to personal preference.

Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. The lift could do with updating and if they could supply some snacks or food apart from breakfast would be the only improvements to make it complete.

Such a lovely experience. We had a lovely, big room that looked out onto the sea. Breakfast was great (they accomdate vegans). Staff were super friendly.

Simona was absolutely brilliant in her communication, and responded immediately on the one issue we had (confusion on our part). A lovely lady who made us feel incredibly welcome. I would hugely recommend this place.

Lovely family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Love the 3D wallpaper. Great location near the train station. Easy to walk to the sights and shops in Genova

Wow! First, this is an outstanding and amazing, historical property full of frescos and artwork, it takes your breath on entry and has artworks and surprises everywhere. Every room/suite is unique and ours was stunning. The standards are very high and the staff deserve full mention, they are friendly and welcoming, informative and proud. We loved the breakfasts and the girls in the kitchen were just fabulous. The port antico is great for relaxing dinning and drinks. The elephant in the room...

Such a great central hotel in Finale L. Staff were very friendly and helpful always, and always went the extra mile to ensure any needs were met and that we had an enjoyable stay. Stayed in the annex building, which was very cosy and secure. Breakfast was amazing every morning and great variety - enjoyed getting to have breakfast outside. Our bikes were looked after well in their bike room. Housekeeping was 5/5, always came back to a clean spotless room. Great bar facilities as well. Out of all...

It’s lovely and outside the city. People that run it are really nice - we added an extra night.
Please don’t be put off by the fact that is dated because it has amazing views perks, it’s very clean and you’ll get a way better service than you’d from big company run hotels.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt very comfortable. I travelled solo and found it particularly convenient and reassuring. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily recommend Bristol Palace.

We had a wonderful stay - our only criticism would be that the bar/restaurant for the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday and so you cannot order room service even for a bottle of wine for two days if you are here for a long weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay, Francesca is a wonderful host, the breakfast is lovely lots of fresh produce and local delicacies. There are lots of lovely little touches that make for a comfortable stay. There is a wonderful bakery next door and a nice café, the nearby beach of Boccadasse has lovely restaurants. Thank you Francesca for a wonderful stay.
