"Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche Personal, welches stets hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend war. Wir waren aufgrund unserer Flüge bereits um 10:00 im Hotel und konnten sogar schon ein Zimmer beziehen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In naher Umgebung finden sich Restaurants, Bars und ein Supermarkt."

"There are 3 sittings for breakfast, at weekends the first is 7.30 which is a bit late if you have an early flight. The lift is quite small, so if there are a lot of people checking in or out you might have a wait! The staff were helpful and we checked out before breakfast and they stored our cases while we had breakfast. Worth knowing, there is a little cut through next to Max burger ( almost directly opposite) which gets you straight to the Arlanda Express - this tip from the staff saves us a...

"We arrived on the last flight into Stockholm so didn't get to the hotel until 0230. The check-in was swift and friendly - just what we needed. Comfy rooms, great staff, fantastic breakfast, and close to the bus and metro routes to see the city. Highly recommended"
