"The room was ok, but you need to fix the bathroom, the shower was leaking and created a mess in the bathroom floor and the toilet is very small to be used by adults. The breakfast area is the same as the storage area for the staff, you should add a curtain or something to separate the 2 zones."

"Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. En general todo bien."

"The front desk staff was very helpful, even if the senior property management wasn't. Had booked my reservations through Expedia, and had to move a one night stay up by one day. Hotel had plenty of vacancies and I agreed to pay a high fee. Expedia reached out to the hotel management to request a waiver of the cancellation fee but hotel woud not respond."

"Amazing stay in Venice! The hotel felt very modern, new, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and everything looked fresh and updated. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. It was also very easy to find transportation from the hotel, which made getting around the city and traveling with luggage much easier for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

"We only stayed one night after our cruise as we were flying out early the next morning. Very friendly and helpful check in staff. Great place so close to the airport the driver they booked for us charged us 25 euro for a five minute ride which was ridiculous but nothing to do with the property"

"Our room was incredibly hot, the AC was running but blowing hot air. The staff was not helpful in assisting with the AC or providing a fan. We requested a new room, the staff said multiple times “they are all the same” but allowed us to try another room. The room was marginally better than the previous one but still miserable to sleep in. (Still quite hot) we opened the window for a good portion of the night but there is a loud bar below. "I needed a place to stay for one night when I got into Marco Polo airport close to midnight. It was perfect, just a 15 minute walk from airport, very easy to find. I’m glad I didn’t have a big or heavy suitcase as there are a flight of stairs to go up. There was someone there to let me in and my key was waiting for me. The room was small but had everything thing I needed. In the morning they were very helpful with bus information to get into Venice. I’d happily use again. Thank you."
