"Professional and Excellent staff"

"The hotel itself was fine, but the noice above us and beside us did not stop throughout the night. At one point I was woken up and I beat o. The walls myself just to let them know to be quiet. I also called the front desk to complain about the noise but it still continued. The noice went down n from about 1am till the morning."

"Check-in procedure was excellent. The young man from New York who checked us in was absolutely amazing. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but his customer service was top-tier. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself was very clean and well-kept. Parking was a little tight, but nothing major. The only issue I had was with the checkout process. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and instead of simply calling the room as a courtesy reminder, someone knocked on the door five minutes before checkout and told us we had 15 minutes to get out or we’d be charged for another day. We were already in the process of getting our things together, so the approach just felt unnecessarily aggressive. Then, before the full 15 minutes had even passed, he came back knocking again. It just felt excessive and could have been handled in a much more professional and customer-friendly manner. Overall, good stay with excellent front desk service, but the checkout experience definitely left a sour note at the end."
