"There is no AC in the room, even though the system was visible. The shower is too open and I needed loads of towels to stop myself from slipping. Water not running off as you would expect though it was excellent. The water runs smoothly and I loved the mechanism of switching between the top and the handheld one."

"Really loved the hotel, its location and the staff.
The rooms are clean but I wouldn't class them as sparkling, the bathroom had a muted but bad smell from plumbing , there were no slippers in the rooms and only 1 set of towels. Beds are very small but comfortable however, found the mattress is too soft and the rooms are starting to show their age (scratches on the flooring, wobbling chairs and tables etc.)
Breakfast is fantastic, has a great selection, and the staff do a great job to restock...

"For $275/night I don’t feel i got a nice room at all. Courtyard was dirty. Cobb webs by entry to my room. Room had too many issues to name but a few…. No shower, only a tub w a soap dispenser. Hair dryer couldn’t dry a hamster. Someone in the courtyard was having a very long phone conversation at 10:30 PM on a Tuesday night. I asked the reception if they could ask her to move into a room or another location and they told me they couldn’t do anything until 11 PM. Breakfast coffee machine had tape...

"Our stay at Hotel N Hostel was mixed. The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and communication before our stay was very good.
Unfortunately, we were assigned Room 111, which is located directly outside the breakfast area, literally only about a metre away. As a result, the morning traffic and noise from guests heading to breakfast started very early and regularly woke us up.
Another issue was the room doors throughout the property, which seemed to bang shut rather than close softly....
