"Really great overall"

"Hotel is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and has a nice pool with plenty of available sunbeds and drinks and snacks available all day. The rooms and grounds are well maintained and cleaned every day. Good aircon in the room, although can be noisy to sleep with it on. Breakfast buffet has plenty of varied options from cooked breakfast, omlettes, pancakes, pastries, fresh salads and fruit. The main road is only a short walk away and is lined with supermarkets and restaurants....

"The hotel is situated almost on the beach , which helps enormously as ‘ the towel brigade’ are up at the crack of dawn , putting there towels down . That would be the only negative comment as the hotel fulfilled my high expectations."

Ich hatte nur Frühstück gebucht, da ich auch die lokalen Restaurants ausprobieren wollte. Die wenigen Abendessen, die ich im Hotel genossen habe, waren jedoch sehr lecker. Ausserdem ist die Lage des Hotels fantastisch. Die Shuttle-Bushaltestellen befinden sich zimmlich nah, was die Ankunft und Abreise zum Flughafen sehr bequem macht. We were with two small children and stayed 2 nights, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned, and also no water was provided. when I had to walk to the reception to ask for water late at night as we ran out. They mentioned the person who can bring it will only get back in half an hour (was surprised the receptionist didn't just go to the bar to bring us bottles of water as I mentioned we are with small children) Was already too late and I felt it was ridiculous waiting 30...

"we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it's a decision we definitely didn't regret. the hotel itself was immaculate, clean, had everything essential on site. it's great to have the indoor and outdoor pools available as well as the spa where you can get a massage. the sauna is very good too. "Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel."
