"Our stay at the hotel was overall normal, but there were some issues with the airport transportation and luggage assistance. The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable. "Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. "It was my second time booking a room at this hotel. It was perfect. This time I used the transportation service to the airport it was really good. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were very friendly with my dog."

"We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Laval. The staff were friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area seemed a little run down though and was very crowded and loud on the weekends with hockey families. We were staying on Thursday & Sunday nights as well so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves on those nights!"
