"If you are looking for an experience, the Priory does not disappoint. The only room on the property for guests has ties to the Romans from the year 1070. The church itself is decommissioned, but continues to host concerts. Being from the United States, opportunities to be surrounded by such history do not exist. "Les chambres indiquées ne sont pas du tout celles que nous avons eues. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une partie qui ne doit pas être loué car indiqué privé. La salle de bain était salle, l'état de la cuisine, des équipements (réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes)etc dans un état insalubres. On a voulu nous servir des aliments périmés et décongelés (le steack avait le gout de poisson), qui cotoyaient les touffes de poils de chiens. La personne ne parle que quelques mots de français il faut...

"A special treat to stay in a chateau, so a bonus to also be able to have dinner there too. We stayed in the chateau itself rather than the renovated outbuildings, which was fun. Lovely buffet breakfast too. Very reasonable too, IMHO."
