However, no explanation about location of restaurant or wellness area or pools, or the all-inclusive service when we arrived. A big issue - no lock on balcony doors! Whoever not? The wall between rooms was around 1.8m and easily climbed. Too few lifts for the size of the hotel. We had to wait constantly. The four hot tubs in the wellness area are set at 27⁰C. Too cold! Fake perfume smell in lobby. Why?! Noise from cleaners outside Bohio at 0730 every morning! Shower water changes from warm to scalding hot. This is dangerous, especially for older people. "
