"We stayed at the hotel as part of a Camino we were undertaking. When we got to the hotel after 6 hours walking, the receptionist was unable to find our booking and charged us again. She later came to our room to let us know she had made a mistake and managed to refund the second payment. The room was fine but had a view of the next door fast food restaurant. There weren't any amenities provided in the room and cheap shampoo and body wash had to be picked up from reception. The hotel is out of town so difficult to get to on foot."

"Bright and welcoming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere clean and tidy, well presented. Had room 304 - good size room and bathroom. Nice location in this lovely city. Great for the airport too."

"Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had an amazing view from the window. Most bars/restaurants and tourist things were a 5/10 minute walk so I would definitely recommend this hotel."
