We stayed 2 nights and it was great. Awesome food everywhere, lots of shopping and beautiful buildings. Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Vejle
We had a LARGE comfortable room for family of 4. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can recommend and would love to come back!

Beautiful, unique property, perfectly located in the middle of Vejle. Some rough edges, like construction and stained grout. But overall a B room with A lobby, A staff, A location.
Check in staff amazing woman on the late afternoon ship, resturant decorated well food great. Room i stayed suffered alot from road side noise in early hours difficult sleep.
Overall, very good. The cleanliness of the shower/bathtub could be improved somewhat. We received some dirty cutlery and coffee cups. Other than that, nothing to complain about. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly.

Vejle’s no.1 choice!
A very cozy hotel situated in the middle of the town. A large bar and restaurant area in the middle of the building is its main attraction. Good food, excellent service and a huge variety of drinks.
The rooms are ok, but seem a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.
Booked a suite and had plenty of room. No AC but windows opened and was a quiet neighborhood. Nice bed and soaking tub.
Odd to walk through 2 restaurants in building after checking in to get to elevators.

The property itself is okay, and the staff were welcoming when we arrived. The bedroom was disappointing and ridiculously hot - opening the windows isnt a desirable options as the nightclub
Nice hotel in the centre of town with some good food options inside.
Downside would be the church bells right outside your window. If you need/like to sleep during the day or want a sleep in, the bells are quite loud and will probably disturb you even with your window closed. They start at 7am and finish at 10pm.
Rolling in on last minute booking for a hotelroom on a business trip, you don’t expect much. Maybe a standard-issue hotel, a lumpy bed, and a sad breakfast buffet with those rubbery scrambled eggs. But Best Western ToRVEhallerne? This place gets it right.
Early check-in on a Sunday—rare, but they made it happen. A bed on the softer side, but comfortable enough to crash after a long day. And then the breakfast. The kind that makes you forget you’re on the road. Bacon, eggs, grilled tomatoes—cooked right, not just sad, lukewarm garnish. Worchestershire Sauce and Tabasco on hand, because some places still respect a proper breakfast plate. Healthy, hearty, and exactly what you need to fuel another day of meetings and miles.
No frills, no nonsense, just a damn good stay.

Spacious rooms but needs an upgrade
Staff were really friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant with our fussy toddler and the waitress brought her colouring to do to help entertain her! Lovely little touch.
Spacious rooms. lots of restaurants to choose from. We ate in the Italian which was amazing.
Unfortunately the rooms had very thin walls and ceilings, you could hear people walking very loudly, running of taps etc and also hear the church bell & clock at certain times of the day so if you’re a light sleeper it made it difficult. There is also not access to hot drinks even though it states a coffee maker in the room there wasn’t and were told you had to be best western members to get free hot drinks!
Also, if buying bar snacks, check pricing- at reception they had a different price to the bar (lower) on the label and then when purchased they actually cost more than the bar, when questioned we were told well that’s what the till system says so that’s the cost (left abit of a sour taste in our mouths!)
Firstly the good: the hotel is well placed 50m from the main shopping street in Vejle; the breakfast is good; parking is easy but be careful when paying on the machine - we were charged for 2 days instead of one and the hotel could or would not do anything about it. The bad: the decor in the hotel area of the building is dingy and the rooms are small and uninspiring. In our case a standard room had been converted into a so-called business room by the addition of a couple of chairs and a desk. Unfortunately, all this did was make an already tiny room room even more cluttered. It also defeated the object as the chair could mot fit between the bed and the desk so anyone wanting to work there could not do so. The room was also very hot with an outside temperature of 20 degrees - any hotter outside and it would have been unbearable. The shower was over the bath and had a shower curtain - a relic of an earlier time to be sure. We have stayed here before, but would not do so again. There are better (air conditioned) options available.
The reception I received was excellent, even though I arrived at 2 in the morning it feels great to be welcomed with a smile.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel is very beautiful.
Will definitely be back
