"Don't stay here. It's called an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport and transportation to and from the hotel is difficult / expensive. It's a loud neighborhood, there's no AC, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable matresses. The front desk is unfriendly. The adjacent restaurant was OK but expensive.
Can you call yourself an airport hotel when you're a $30 cab ride from the airport?"

"Just a little gem. Fun location right on the water (and easy to get everywhere). Great room. Front desk at the ready to help with suggestions and directions. Only complaint... public areas could use a little spruce, but that's clearly underway with all the signs of renovation (also it's a historic building, so unrealistically aspire to larger windows for the view :-). Great option!"

"Staff was incredibly flexible, allowing an early check-in even before the standard early-check-in time. This was very much appreciated after an over-night flight. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and well-located near the Copenhagen central train station, making travel to and from the airport on the regional train easy and convenient. Rug Bakery is located on the main floor of the hotel, as well."

"Well-located for both business in the city and tourism by foot; it's two short blocks from the Metro from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff at the front-desk and breakfast restaurant. "I only stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling alone, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a double bed, yet only one pillow was provided. The blanket was also very small and did not properly fit the size of the bed.

"Les chambres étaient bien et propre. Petites mais assez de places pour 2 valises. Le déjeuner bon et simple. Par contre, dans la salle de bain, il n’y avait qu’un simple rideau… nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, et il y avait des travailleurs juste devant notre fenêtre. "The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."
