"A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. "Our group needed 3 rooms. 2/3 rooms the A/C worked. After the first night, the room with non functioning A/C we did let the front desk know. We don’t think any attempt was made to resolve the issue during the day. When we came back to the hotel and raised the issue, we were moved to another room claiming the A/C worked but it was marginally better. Rooms were never cleaned during the day.
