Check-in was great. Staff very knowledgable of the area and was helpful in offering dinner options around town as well as complimentary dinner at the hotel. Parking garage is limited to guests. Bartender was friendly. 1st time guest, will definitely return!

So nice to be directly next to the Arch. I went out for an early bike ride and got Coffee and enjoyed the park. Only real negative was the valet was super backed up and parking garage was full so after an 11 hour drive I had to go find parking blocks away in not the best area. Also, no room service ...

My stay was generally good! I had no major issues throughout. My only concern was the TV guide was (at least my assigned room) was not up to date and many channels were no signal.
