"We had a terrific time at Palazzo Gilistro! We arrived on a busy Saturday night, and it was challenging navigating the ZTL zones. We should have just parked at the public parking lot in Syracuse, but everything was perfect after that. All of the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating.
