Fantastic hotel in a good location with accommodating staff. Breakfast was excellent. They have their own pier onto which boat taxis can dock for easy access to the train station, etc

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a beautiful big bathroom. Excellent location, central but quiet. Wonderful hotel - stylish and in a fabulous central location. Staff were attentive, room and bathroom luxurious and breakfast plentiful with hot and cold options. I would have given it 5/5 but whilst the sheets and bedding were lovely the bed was quite hard and in need of a mattress topper for a side sleeper like me.
