The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating and really contributed to what was a pleasant stay. The location was conveniently close to the train station, and was right on the canal with many dining options. The room was very well cleaned and nicely decorated, quiet, with means to keep the room dark in the morning.

Comfortable stay in Venice

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip around Europe. Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable. We had everything we needed and the location was easy walking distance to everything that we wanted to see but was also close to a boat stop and the train station. We needed to do some laundry during our stay and there is a laundrette near the train station that is easy enough to use. We would stay here again if we visit Venice again.

Classic Venezia

Such an interesting old hotel! In a quiet part of town which is so nice to be off the main tourist road. The room is beautifully designed and the canal view is a wonderful touch. The bed was comfortable but is not for all, could cause back issues if you don’t sleep carefully. All in all a wonderful experience!

This was a great location right by a drop off area for the ACTV. The area was quiet and still an easy walk to any restaurant or shopping. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but still cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Easily walkable from Venice train station. Friendly and helpful staff on reception - we were able to check-in early as the room was ready. Left luggage area in reception. Room was lovely, shower was amazing, quiet at night. Restaurants close by.

Very nice boutique-style hotel located close to the train station and various dining options. The staff were super kind providing us with local recommendations. The room was just beautiful, perfectly decorated and clean. Right along main canal and ~20 min walk to St. Mark’s square, which was perfect to avoid all the touristy bustle; our only regret is not being able to spend more time at this hotel!

Perfect location

We wanted to stay away from the crowds but close enough to get around and this place was perfect for that. The staff are friendly and accommodate our itineraries schedule (very late check-in and very early departure). The hotel was clean (except refrigerator and tower rack warmer doesn’t work) otherwise we’re happy.

I’m an American living abroad in the UK, and Venice was my first broader European trip. The most beautiful city I’ve ever seen! The hotel was lovely and clean and charming, and the location in Cannaregio was very nice—a bit out of the way of the densest tourist areas but still beautiful, walkable and interesting with lots of dining options.
