Really convenient, nice modern spacious room, good bed.

Great location on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Nothing but a path to cross before the beach and the ocean. The views from the top floor ocean front suite and the rooftop terrace are amazing. Made to feel very welcome at check-in by a lady ( I think it was Abbi ) who enthused about Venice Beach. Everything was clean. The only thing is that soft furnishings etc were a little worn. Loved the hotel and location, but felt the bar staff were a bit slow as were favouring a large corporate event waited 15 mins for a drink at the bar

Excellent

Fantastic hotel and great staff.

Did everything I needed , clean the guy on desk was cool . For the money it’s well worth it

It was very good value, staff were great. Breakfast was as expected for the property. Was a bit far from downtown if you don't have a car, we walked about 45 min or you can catch the bus. Would definitely stay again if back in Santa Monica.

Only stayed one night but staff are excellent and rooms comfortable. Great place to stay as very convenient for airport but has a relaxed atmosphere.

Everything was amazing from the cleaners to the reception staff. I was not overly happy with the breakfast as it was quite expensive and not much variety but overall I was very happy with my stay and would go back there again

Absolutely amazing. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staffs went over above to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is simply fabulous. You cannot ask for a better location in that area. We walked to rodeo drive, the Beverly Hills sign etc. The hotel is beautiful. The corridors are lovely, the reception looks so classy. There are photos of some of the celebrities who had stayed there. Our room was very spacious. My children enjoyed the swimming...
