"Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party."

We have stayed here multiple times over the last 4 years while visiting our daughter in college and it has gone downhill since. "

"No refrigerator in room. You must go on a list for a refrigerator. When enough people check out you can have one of their refrigerators. It’s a terribly old hotel, the furnishings are old, the equipment old and noisy. Not what you would expect from a Hilton property."

"My room had construction happeing insode. Tools and flashlights. Plus a hole in the wall and the dresser wasnt in place. An open ac heat box and unit were just open and layes on the table. A mess! "

I stopped by the front desk twice to pick up clean towels and mentioned our room hadn’t been cleaned, another time I asked housekeeping for clean towels and told them our room hadn’t been cleaned, I also called the front desk and asked for clean towels and told them housekeeping was not cleaning the room.
