"Friendly "

"There are lots of stairs to climb with your luggage. We had tiny black ants in our room. The front desk staff were super nice. The coffee and tea were nice. Location was excellent. Had some issues with the plumbing in the bathroom and found the room to be warm and stuffy. Hair dryer did not work well at all. Room was nicely decorated."

"Very clean, beautifull, FORTUNY room is as it seems in the photos, had good heating, the canal view is not that great but decent for the price, the host let us leave our luggage after checkout, the only down sides is that the city tax must be on cash and that the windows can’t be open all the way to take good photos of the canal. Overall a very nice experience."

"Location is fantastic. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and it was great to look down on a busy gondola route right below. A few steps from St Marks Sq. Close to shops and amenities. Only negatives were that it needed small bits of maintenance like the lock on door and some TLC on the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. "

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They also held our luggage after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our morning without having to carry it around."

"Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed...
