"Room was not clean, holes in sheets, couch was nothing short of a dust ball, mold in shower and tiles in closet and bathroom falling off walls. The noise from the highway was tough to sleep through and the room was dark and drab even with the curtains open. Online room pictures did not match how the room actually looked. Very disappointing."

"Overall the stay was fine. There were several issues with Valet parking that were troubling. One of the biggest challenges was my car was incorrectly labeled which caused issues for the persons trying to retrieve the care. Additionally on one of my pick ups, I had a coat in the front seat. Two people when to retrieve the care. Thus, the person in the passenger seat sat on my coat on the ride back to the hotel. This was inappropriate in my opinion.
