"The property was nice and well located. Close to nice restaurants and stretch of beach. It was easy to catch our boat to Channel Islands. Our room was not pleasant though. Floors were dirty and sticky. Towels and sheets scratchy. Mattress and pillows were lumpy. AC worked but not well. Hopefully ..."
