"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish.
Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM. We arrived around 5:30 PM, only to be told that our room still wasn’t ready. After waiting until almost 6:30 PM with no clear updates, they finally offered us a different room. Unfortunately, it was noticeably smaller than the one I had specifically booked and paid for.
The staff assured me that they would refund the price difference for the smaller room and also...
