"I stayed here for one night. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in front of the ocean, with a beautiful view. It’s also very convenient for getting on and off Highway 101.
I booked an ocean view room, but it was located up a set of stairs, and the window faced the stairway. Every time someone passed by, it made it hard to relax.
While the flooring in the room seemed newly updated, the rest felt quite outdated. The shower, in particular, was terrible—within a minute of turning on the water, it wouldn’t drain properly and started to pool, which was very unpleasant. There were also holes in the walls, and the blinds next to the toilet and sink were extremely dirty.
Breakfast was below average, so don’t expect much. The coffee was not good, and there was no decaf option. There were small pastries, bread, bagels, boiled eggs, fruit, and cereal, but when I went at 9 a.m., the fruit was already gone. Dinner, on the other hand, was reasonably good.
