Emporio Veracruz Hotel
"Musky smell, a/c not working in lounge bar aeea. I always pay to have access to the premier areas and this was the worse ever. Poor quality food, no bottle water or sodas. And if you want to use the main dinning room you still have to pay. Don't pay the premier rate for floor 9 is not worth it."
