No actual or real person has been answering questions, it was only the virtual ai assistant who answered the questions. There was no soap in the washroom. Very very small room and the worst thing happened to us was we got stuck in the room for the few hours. The key was not working properly to open the door and we were asking for help from the...

"Tiene una escalera muy larga y estrecha para acceder a la propiedad, en la reservación ofrecían limpieza diaria y nunca fueron a limpiar, para cambiar las toallas había que pagar 10 euros para cada cambio, en la reserva ofrecían aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos hacía mucho calor y solo tenían un ventilador, en la reserva ofrecían un balcón y no tenía balcón. Lo único bueno era la ubicación con muchos restaurantes muy bueno pero nuestra estadía en esa propiedad no fue como lo esperábamos. "
