"Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience. The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome. "Lisa and Simone were excellent hosts, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They even helped us with our luggage from the car to the room.The apartment was perfect for us. Just about 10 minutes walk to the the train station to go to Cinque Terre. AC temperature was great, we like it cold at 19 degrees Celsius. Just down the apartment there's a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Five star all around!"
