"Great staff. Perfect location. Eleanora was terrific in identifying retaurants and things of interest. She took great care to explain the traditional Leccese cuisine offerings provided at the included breakfast, which was among the best I have ever experienced. Erik was really wonderful in helping figure out a workaround for getting news in English. I hope they will provide this soon. I cannot say enough about the attentiveness of the reception man as well as the man who helps with luggage and many other requests. P.S.Another US person staying at the hotel also mentioned disappointment in not being able to find English language TV channels."
