"The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. "Parking was very easy. Charming place to stay. Very quiet. Generous offering of amenities."

"Well first of all I booked a room with a pool view. Upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that the pool was broke. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have booked there. It did not say anywhere on their website that their pool was broke. Second of all the check-in person accidentally charged my credit card $3,000. My room was already paid for Via Expedia. The only credit card information he needed what for accidentals and he charged at $3,000 on accident. Then he refers to charges...

"Hotel was clean but dated. Our room had cracked plastic in the fridge and a lot of the molding was broken or worn. That being said, the linens were clean and the AC worked well so our one night stay went well."
