"This is an excellent option when wanting to be located in the heart of walkable Verona. The location is unbeatable. Rooms are very nice although we could not figure out how to turn on the heat or the AC. The pillows and mattresses are standard Italian fare meaning barely comfortable but not back breaking. Breakfast buffet is a must with excellent options and lovely way to start your day. There are cafes and even a large Starbucks nearby but this is convenient and good. It would be nice to have...

"We stayed at the NH Collection Palazzo Verona for 3 nights, it is ideally located in the city centre, an excellant location for all nearby attractions and restaurants.
It a beautiful hotel with lovely decor and ambience, the staff are helpful and friendly.
The only issue we had was there was a strange smell in the bathroom from the sink which we notified the front desk about when leaving.
We visited Verona for my daughter's birthday which I had notified the hotel abou, they left a little...
