"The hotel is in a prime location & has great amenities. However, the cleanliness was very disappointing. Upon arriving in our room, it appeared clean, but then we found that none of the surfaces had been wiped down, the shower was never cleaned and had hair & other residues. When I brought the issue to the front desk I was told that my room would have a full service clean the next day, that never happened. They came and changed the sheets & gave fresh towels, but the shower remained untouched as well as the other surfaces. Pretty dissappointing for such a nice property. "

"You can easily tell this is an older property, but its maintenance is top notch. Our room felt recently remodeled, the entire property is excellent, everything everywhere felt and appeared fresh. probably the cleanest room and property we stayed in during our recent trip. Breakfast had a great selection. Every member of the staff we dealt with were super friendly and treated us great. Can I give them more than five stars they truly deserve it."

"We didn't use the gym. The restaurant in the lobby is so convenient and very good. We didn't have to leave once we got there. We like the little amenities such as real coffee cups in the room , not plastic or paper. We always stay at this hotel on our way to north carolina."
