"No proper temperature control in the room. Thermostat on the wall was locked so that temperature couldn’t be changed. 21 degrees Celsius in a hotel room is too hot and stuffy for me to sleep well. In place of being able to change the thermostat there was a small portable air purifier type machine, with clear instructions on how to use it except that the remote to control it was also not available and it was tethered to its spot in the room so it couldn’t be relocated. "Meget god og rent værelse, god senge, godt sted tæt på transport. Desværre var utrolig meget larm, børn løb rundt på gangene, banket på døren. Voksne talt meget på gang midt om natten. Morgenmad ok, personale haft travlt, beskidt i restaurant området. "

"The breakfast and staff in the lounge and restaurants were amazing. Very helpful front desk, annd super nice. Our only downside was our bedroom maintenance. The first few days were very good. The cleaning went downhill pretty fast after that. We came back after a long day to a bathroom that had not been cleaned and garbage was still in the can from the morning. It’s unfortunate as that’s not what people expect in a Hyatt property. All in all a good place to stay."

"Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"
