Unusual hotel experiance for me, in terms of having no-onsite staff. Room was great and a pleasent breakfast. Only issue is a real lack of local food options if you arrive in the evening.

Great breakfast buffet, great fitness center and the steamroom / sauna fitness center, al very good. Room was comfortable and enough space, used laundry service but could use better instructions for the huests about process, timing and submittal

Great hotel for Antwerp Expo. Service at the restaurant was not very accommodating but honestly it could be house-rule not to serve a pommes- frites alone although it is on the menu. It could be a starter/ not a side-dish….
