City Residence PARIS SAINT-MAURICE

"The place is really good, the area is not that bad, the only inconvenient is that is reasonable far from paris. The good thing: you can walk about 10mins to the metro station. There's laundry,market,bakery,restaurant and a bar close by. Over all I recommend city residence for a placid staying."

"This was a return visit to the Ki Space Hotel, and it once again exceeded our expectations. We stayed in our usual Deluxe Suite, which is incredibly spacious and features two bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, a balcony, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, and a hallway. The beds, premium bedding, air conditioning, and in-room amenities are all absolutely first-class. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, particularly the swimming pool, the Spa, and the relaxing robotic massage. A special shoutout goes to the Ki Space Hotel Honey—while it is pricey at €39 for a large jar, the quality is outstanding and well worth the money! Having stayed in most hotels around Disneyland Paris over the years, we can confidently say this one meets our needs the best. The staff are incredibly helpful, and we truly cannot fault a single thing. We are already looking forward to our next stay!"

"Clean property, good access to drinking water fountains. Our safe box had low battery and didnt work and they never fixed it despite asking twice. They did offer us to give our belongings to them to keep it in their safebox in their office but that is not convenient."

"Very convenient, five minutes from the airport, served a very nice buffet breakfast included in the price starting at 4:30 in the morning, which allowed us to eat breakfast before our 6:30 AM flight"

"Comfortable bed, big room, lovely kitchenette, well located, proactive staff, amazing housekeeping. Jocelyn was very kind and her service was impeccable! I am very grateful, I had a great stay. Just bear in mind that you might be able to hear people upstairs if they are noise, but nothing too bad."
