"Looks nothing like the photos you see online. Really run down property. Was told I would have a double bed. Was two singles put together. Rock hard bed and pillows. No dressing gowns in the room like shown on photos. Bathroom had toilet roll down it still from previous guest. Dust all over furniture and tv. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Most the bulbs in the room need replacing as they are blown. The windows didn’t shut in the room as they are broken and need attention. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from other neighbours staying. No bar no restaurant on site at the property but says online that there is. Staff are friendly but due to everything else I wouldn’t come back. "

"Parking very easy and safe, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent. We stayed for just one night before our cruise and would recommend this hotel. It is close to the docks and a short walk to the shopping centre with plenty of options to eat out too."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, quiet rooms, couch and desk chair were very comfortable, had a reliable safe and mini fridge that held all our items needing refrigeration overnight. A great little stay for us before heading up to see the coastal causeway. It was across the street from the train station so very convenient for travellers such as ourselves. "
