Cozy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen, laundry, and convenient location. Room doors tended to slam loudly, so please be considerate in closing doors gently.

Check in was easy, but it’s not at the property. It is a very short walk away at a hotel We were in room 107. The room is like an efficiency apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is considered two beds, but it could be a queen bed. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was nice. It had a towel warmer. The shower pressure was good and hot water was available at all times. The room had a small balcony. A hair dryer is available for use in the restroom They have a communal area with a coffee maker, ice and a small fridge. They also have a small washer and dryer. Detergent is provided. Parking is on site and there’s plenty of it

We chose this property solely for the “laundry”. We stayed in Iceland for 12 days and knew we would need to wash clothes at some point. The property has 1 washer and 1 dryer for 17 units. It’s a dual unit that would best be described as being for an apartment. It can only be used between 9am and 10pm, because it’s in the hallway next to a room. Unfortunately, we weren’t able only there for night and we were not able to get our laundry done because of those hurdles. Also, our room wasn’t cleaned well, our tv didn’t work and two of our windows blinds weren’t working. Long story short, very disappointing

It was a great location in the city, we even booked a tour that ended up being right next to the hotel when we were ending the tour! Space was great and clean, it was nice and quiet as well. The only issue was checking in was a little confusing. I was sent a msg that I would receive codes and apt numbers in a later email but never did. I sent a msg to the host through hotels.com and never heard back. We were early though so we walked over to the location to find out check in is done at the hotel next door. I think they just need to update their check in instructions, but once that was done great place!

Great location

Check in was simple but in email it said to check in at hotel next door and attachment to email said I needed a code which confused me. Turns out you check in at hotel and no code was needed. Room was comfortable and spacious with a nice kitchen. Note you need to wash and put away dishes. Location was great and walkable to large part of town.

Access to building is from the back side requiring more walking. It was unclear check-in was at the neighboring hotel until a note was found at the entrance. Newly redone, clean and near city center.

The location was very tourist friendly - parking and walking everywhere was great. I just didn’t know when I booked it - I would be in a basement and at first that was very concerning. I feel like that should be noted -but the windows were large enough that I didn’t feel too claustrophobic. It was clean- had all the amenities however a boot rug under the coat rack would have been perfect to catch all the dirt and not spread it around the apartment. Over all would stay again.
