"Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses"

"This place was a beautiful old historical Palazzo. The room was immaculate and bright, and the bed was comfortable. We had a large balcony overlooking the center of town. "The location is awesome. Right behind a church in the old town, only 20 meters from a sea view from atop the wall on the promenade. It was less expensive than other old town options and provided a spot for parking that was about €5 less per day than other options. I'd highly recommend them and would stay there again."
