"Nice stay, convenient location across from the street from the pebble beach. Hotel is priced high but there are only a few hotels in town and they know they have a captive audience. Rooms were decent with view of the ocean but ours were located directly on the sidewalk/street on the main floor. Breakfast was standard, coffee was strong, and we were pleased overall. However we were disappointed they did not put us in two rooms with two twin beds as we thought we’d arranged ahead of time....

"Would have no problem staying here again the location is ideal/beautiful, the property is clean throughout and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but after a long days walk I was more than happy to find this hotel. The breakfast was basic but also very good. "A lovely hotel on the hill with great views and a comfortable bed. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, parking was great, we didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Note - if you want to go into town for a lighter breakfast/coffee - be aware that most places don’t open until 9 or 10am. Beautiful spaces through the property. 15min walk to town, restaurants, beach & hikes. Lots of stairs (no elevator) so if accessibility is an issue this might not be the place for you. We loved it!"

"Lovely friendly hotel just back from the seafront and our room had a seaview. The staff are super friendly and also can help to store cycles. The room was very clean, just with some dated furniture. Would definitely recommend for a few days stay."

"This was a beautiful hotel, very convenient to everything in town and a great starting point for a long hike around the fields and cliffs in the area. One thing is having better communication around parking. I tried emailing both on hotels.com and their own website to see about reserving ahead of time and never heard back here and literally couldn’t submit the form on their website. If you don’t call about parking just plan to park somewhere else in Étretat from the start. We pulled into the lot and had a hard time getting out bc it’s very very small even for compact cars so just keep that in mind if you’re driving. We parked at Parking du Grand Val and it was just a short walk to the hotel from there so really not an inconvenience if you plan ahead of time."
