"The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes. "We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. "This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. "This hotel is in an excellent location in Moltrasio, with the lake and ferry wharf on the other side of the road. Parking is available a short distance away. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good. The air conditioning was very good."

"Everything about our stay from the staff, to the property, to the room to the incredible views was everything we could have wanted and more. The family that owns the hotel also staff it. They treated us like one of the family, even giving us prosecco to help us celebrate our honeymoon. If we find ourselves in Tremezzo again, we will without a doubt be staying here."

"Truly a fantastic experience. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed in one of the villas with a deck. Property overlooks a beautiful spot in lake como in a quieter section Lezzeno. Restaurant and bar on site were excellent, we went to one or the other every single night. Staff was extremely helpful in organizing taxis. Everything was reasonably priced. Lake deck and chairs are an awesome touch as many properties do not have lake access. This was a must during the extreme heat...
