"This is a beautiful and modern hotel in the centre of Marsala. Our room was very nice and the roof top was amazing. We had drinks up there and it’s gorgeous in the evening. "My biggest complaint is that there is no personal touch and you never meet any staff and have to figure out things on your own. We were constantly referred to the reception but there never was anyone at reception. We’re not able to use the safe in the room because there was a sign that said ask reception for the PIN but no one was there.
